Yeah! It's quite peculiar, given that I was eating ~2000 cal for the two days I was there (and I was not moving more than usual). I'm going to guess that these two days ended up functioning as my refeed day(s)? I'm very surprised. Win-win for me! I did get back to 1000 cal/day as soon as I was on the plane.
