Here I am.... again. I have eealised that I am an emotional eater. So I do qell with an eating plan until aomething uosets me, or irritates me, or I start stressing about something. But I can't continue like this. I can feel my body suffering. Joints aching, shortness of breath, always tired. So I have to keep to the eating plan. I know it is the right way, I just struggle with staying away from the fridge when thing get stressful. Any suggestiins on changing emotional eating habits?
