So with everything that's been going on in my life, and with all the health changes I plan to make, I decided to start with the worst habit first..... smoking.
I am proud to say that I am officially 4 weeks smoke free, and it's been a journey. I can comfortably go to my local pub to watch rugby without the need to smoke anymore, and after two weeks of stuffing my face with each craving, my eating has finally slowed down.
Now, the next hurdle. Healthy eating.....
Then (hopefully) in 4 weeks, I will have maintained the eating plan, and move on to phase 3 with exercises. But, let's not get ahead of ourselves. Big changes take time, and doing it all at once have failed many times. ☺️

I do so well keeping to my eating plan, and then I eat chow mein. 🙄 oh well, back to planning tomorrow.

Quick question.....
Is dried fruit a healthy snack option?
When I have a bad day, I used to indulge in oily takeaways. Now I want to replace it with dried fruit as a go-to snack, but find mixed reports of it being high in calaries and sugar, thus not healthy. Obviously fresh fruit is the best, but as an alternative?
