SUHWEEEEEET!!! I just dropped 5 lbs of that 8 lbs gain OVERNIGHT! I can't believe I can retain that much sodium/water in one week, but it's GONE! Only 3 lbs to work off till I'm back in virgin fat territory!!! GO ME!

Thanks for the comments yesterday. It made me feel awesome. And to those of you who told me not to stress on the vacation, you were right. Thank you thank you thank you!

Hey Cry! How are you doing on that plan (besides the gain)?

Hey there! I'm doing great. I love the plan and really wish vacation hadn't showed up so early into my new WOE. And as you probably read, the gain came from taking almost 2 weeks off from JUDDDD. Terrible idea LOL. But most of it already came off with one DownDay so that's great! It's only my second day back on JUDDDD, and it's an UpDay, so I'm eating normally today. It's so easy to get back on track, that's what I love most!

What kind of workouts are you doing? Sims 3 doesn't count unless you're playing on a laptop while walking on the treadmill.

I haven't really been working out. **SHOCK** I used to go to the gym religiously last year, but I stopped dieting in general. When I started doing this in April, I keep saying I'll "get around to it".. but haven't yet. I have an airdyne bike that I like to ride while playing poker on the PS3. I also have WiiFit and just got Wii Active, so those are what I'll use when I get into it next week. I like to do easy strength training instead of weights since I have a condition that is known to worsen when using weights. But until next week comes, I've been doing basically nothing for 2 months, work-out wise.

WhawhaWHAT!?! Dieting takes for-ev-er (spoken like in the movie Sandlot) if you don't workout.

Well heck, DBZ! I said I'm starting next week! =) I think I said that last week. LOL! But really, I am! So far, my loss has been quite rapid (forgiving the almost 2 weeks I vacayed) so I guess that's why I didn't feel pressured yet. But FINE, I'll exercise.
