End of week two and I lost another 8 pounds. That makes 20 so far in two weeks! My exercise schedual was altered a little this week, I did'nt get as many cardio workouts in as I would have liked and I only walked 12 miles this week, but I did fight 3 structure fires at about three hours apeice and I definately got some exercise in there. I plan on kicking it up this week, so we'll see what happens at the next weigh in!

That is great. Good for you!!! Doesn't it just feel awesome watching the scale go down?? The first two weeks are the hardest. After that you really start losing all the cravings. Keep us the great work!

Yes, it is!! I want that to happen to me!!! Altho, must say, I've not been working out or fighting fires to make it happen!! :o) Thanks for the work you do Dan! Our 7 yr. old son is well known at all local fire stations and I see him headed in that direction! Keep up the fight against those pounds!!
