Believe me it can be done. I'm only 1/2 pound away from my goal for the doctor on 3/31. All I have to do is watch this week and not over eat and I'll be one happy camper. This morning's weigh-in was 212.0 down 1-1/2 from yesterday. It feels so good to be YELLOW.
So now is the time to set the next round of mini-goals.
1. Get off all meds (8 days and a doctor's visit to go) target date March 31st - Reward, breakfast at Cracker Barrel and a movie date 2. Get out of the 21's and into the 20's (2.5 pounds to go) target date April 9th - Reward, shopping spree for smaller clothes 3. Reach the half-way point on my journey (2.5 pounds to go) target date April 9th - Reward, shopping spree for smaller clothes 4. Get out of the BMI 29's and into the 28's - (5.5 pounds to go) target date April 30th - Reward, vacation cruise to the Fjords of Norway 5. See a "1" instead of a "2" as the first number (12.5 pounds to go) target date June 18th - Reward, a whole new wardrobe and the ceremonial burning of the old, that way there's no going back.
