Not weighed in for a couple of weeks, have been struggling mentally, so food choices have been pretty crap, but… feeling more positive now

I use Insight Timer app free from Google Play,,there's all sorts there, meditations, relaxing music, sleep sounds, self hypnosis, neuroscience,,,hundreds to choose from, I have to use it every morning to keep my mental health in check and put me in the right frame of mind for the day,,if my head's in the right space, everything else follows,,give it a shot ❤️

Booty, sorry on late response, iv been away from normality, mental health wasn’t too great, I’m going to look into what you suggested, Monday is a start to a new week, mentally I want to try and be in a better frame of mind x

I used to shut myself away for days, not wanting to burden anyone or let anyone see me that way....until I realised I was also shutting everyone out, these days I try and get out a good stomp, headphones in, music up, fresh air and clear my head! I'm glad ur picking back up and happy ul give that app a look,,I use Davidji Divine Release and Kenneth Soars 6min I Am Affirmations in the morning,,big hugs 🤗🤗❤️
