Good morning,
I hardly slept all night, my foot was throbbing and i figured it must have been from the rowing-machine at the gym where you have this band across your foot and every stroke you pull a little on your foot... I didn't feel anything while rowing though, but i did not do anything else that could have caused this sudden pain. I refuse to let the foot stop me though, so i will go to boxing in an hour. And i will try to ignore the pain as much as possible. I wish that doctor of mine would hurry up with his result from the xray on monday, think i'll give him a ring right before boxing. I gotto know what it is, and some sort of treatment should start soon... i still hope doctor is right, because if i am right i will look at weeks and week of recovery, if he is right it is just a little shoe adjustment. Having said that i have investigated about the doctors idea, and if that is the truth than a nerve is stuck between two bones, they say it should immediately feel better when you massage the foot and spread the bones, that is not the case, but he, i could be doing that wrong...
