I'm suprised by the sudden drop in weight loss today. Yesterday I was at around 193.4, so I'm not quite convinced. Yesterday was a combination day of hill training and distance running. I decided that I'm going to be running a half marathon in August and will begin my training in May. Today was mostly to grasp a little over half the elevation gain that I will have for the Tough Mudder event at a "conversation pace". It was raining and cold, but overall it was a very interesting run, a lot of traffic though.

Geez, I get winded after DRIVING 13 miles. It makes me tired just watching the Boston Marathon. Of course, historically, I'd spend the morning at Boston Beer Works and Fenway Park (Not this year)!! Ha, Ha. Good Luck!!

Good luck! I can't run if my live depends on it (but I can out walked many people, including an ex who runs ultra's) and always have great respect for people who take on this kind of challenges.
