Was such a tuff 1.5 weeks emotionally wise. even started doubting whether I could continue this weight loss journey. counting calories was such a huge burden and even though I did it - I had to use real self motivation to do it. Didnt yet kept a constant excercise routine - energy very fluctuating for that - do realise that it is a mindset thing. Not going to loose control this weekend with calories like I did previously.

one step at a time...one step closer to my goal.

I know exactly what you mean. I've dried so many times losing the weight but failed even before I started due to that insecure voice inside my head. Only when I was able to silence her, was I able to start my journey. So much is out of our control, but how we fuel our bodies (and minds) is up to us.

I do agree with you fully. At times I get soooo frustrated with myself when I know what I am about to eat - isn't the best choice available... I fight more with myself than with my kids 🤣. So easy to try justify why such a cheat is allowed. Weight loss is 500% a mental struggle... The only motivation that is low but at least driving me - is the fact that it is basically summer and my summer clothing not so best fitting anymore...so want to get body more into shape to feel good and more secure. When I get to do more excercise during the week - I know I will feel emotionally and physically much better. Just to make that start - that is a little uphill for me. 2 months ago I loved my excercise..now... not so much. Just need to work on mindset

Weekends really are the toughest. If I indulge for the day instead of only a meal, it literally takes a whole week to lose the weight and water weight I gained that day. Be strong, we can and will push through ✨

I follow the ketogenic lifestyle and on weekends I don't check the calories only the carbs.
