I lost my footing for a bit due to the stresses of life. I stopped eating well and stopped exercising as well. However, I am back. I feel stronger mentally, physically and emotionally. I'm seeing a dietitian and I signed up for gym last Friday. I saw a therapist for a bit because I am emotional eater, that helped a bit. Emotional eating is just something that's very difficult to overcome but I WILL find a way. Anyway, I hope it all goes much better this time around. I actually believe it will go well because I'm at a very good space mentally. I've actually lost 3 kg since the 17th of June because my weight had gone up to 121.6 kg.
