I over ate 1500kCals, then gave into a nacho craving I've had since seeing them served at a restaurant last week. I suppose I gave in because I thought I had done enough activity to burn it off between weight lifting and swimming. I suspect the 2 #'s is likely water weight from the salt.
Since it was nearly midnight when I consumed the nachos, I've decided to take a new approach and count it as breakfast since weight reflects not only what we do day by day, but throughout the week as well, and because I'm not hungry anyways. I'll just have an early lunch when I get hungry.
Bohdan is still sleeping, and having allergy or cold like symptoms, and outside temperature is supposed to get up to 95 degrees, so I think I'm going to take advantage of working from home, and not take him to camp today. Maybe I'll get a workout in and start working earlier to make up for it.
