The last three days have been full of lack of planning resulting in poor choices and apathy. I suspect today will be another because that is where my head is at. I have the tomorrow I will get it together attitude. One last day. I will try to keep it together but Mothers Day brunch will be tough. I still recorded a half pound loss and earlier this week I saw 199.5 on the scale so I am tracking in the right direction even through my self sabotage. So goodbye 200's I won't be seeing much of you anymore after this next week. ;)
