No surprise on the weight since I didn't do very good this week. Oh well, every day is a new day. February is a bittersweet Month for me anyways between Valentine's day and my daughter's birthday being good things but my Grandfather passes away in February so it is still a sad month for me. I am trying to stay on track. Hope everyone else is doing well. At least I can say I went another week without soda :)

Hi Missy. Congratz on the soda. That's one of my weaknesses. "Hi. I'm Bruce and I have a Coke addiction... no not that kind." I just looked at your weight record. Up .8? That could be anything. You've lost 10 pounds in a month. You're doing awesome. :)

:) Hello Bruce, I'm Melissa and I have a Pepsi addiction lol Thank you for the encouragement :) I am known for being extremely hard on myself if I feel I am failing. It is something I am trying very hard to stop doing because I know it is hurting me much more than helping me.
