I honestly don't understand how FatSecret works. I see groups that you can join but have no idea how to interact. I see people post things but have no idea how to connect. Other than write journal entries and track my weight, how does this thing work? I'm not sure I'm getting the full benefit because I have no idea how to connect with people or groups. Am I missing something?

Your posts, and those of others, show up on the Home Screen (far left on the bottom of your Food Diary page. I believe you have to use a desktop computer to join groups, (or to post pictures for that matter,) I don’t think it works on a smart phone. On the far Right of your food diary page, you can click More… and it will then let you contact FS directly, through text. They’re very helpful and will try to get back to you the next business day. 😊

PS: on the More page, there’s also a Tour Guide to help you figure out how to enter the foods that you eat. (You might already know some of this!) Play around with the app. Keep clicking on things. You will find all kinds of helpful features! Good luck! 😊
