Thank you! I could totally relate to when you wrote you were standing in front of the ice cream for ages I do that too in front of our cupboard at home:O:-) I usually(if i manage to stay strong) opt for a cup of milk with one teaspoon of milo (a malted barley drink powder that tastes like chocolate) instead and that fills me up and helps with the sweets cravings!

That is a great idea, I read somewhere that it said if you eat a dill pickle that also will core your sweet cravings. I guess it works, I have done it in the past and I am not sure if it works or it is just a placebo.

if it works for you that is what counts! plus the Placebo effect has been proven with many things! yesterday i just had a Little bite of the things i felt like(i am a bit more lenient on sundays;)) so i had half a biscuit and 2 shapes and it felt really good that i managed to put it down without eating the whole packet!
