Goodmorning everyone,

Had a day off at the gym yesterday, unfortunately i ate a bit of cheese in the evening, nothing to worry about but it did make me double my efforts this morning to go to the gym regardless of what!
So the scale told me off this morning 91.5! still lost a lot since last week, so im still good, but i cannot let myself go for even one day at this point.

about my sanity, my mind is calming down a little, i can focus on peoples conversations again, so that is good. It was kind of weird hearing people talk to me, and just nodding and shaking my head, not having a clue what the conversation was about. I try to drink a little more water now, hoping that helps, and taking extra vitamin pills.

enough said, or i'm going to be too late for my son's school,
