Goodmorning,

Another one bites the dust... Yeah.
Yesterday was a weird day, the last couple of months i am happy during the day, like too happy, maybe like crazy. In the evening i start writing my book, and i go deep into my feelings to write. But sometimes i go too deep, and maybe a little crazy deep... I don;t know how else to explain this.
Maybe i am already crazy but nobody knows it yet (lol)
Yesterday was upsydaisyday, i was sad during the day, but with all the people around i had to suppress my feelings, in the evening i was happy but couldnt share it with anyone. That felt bad. That felt like how ive been doing all my life...
Strangely enough i skipped lunch without noticing, i actually forgot about food, isnt that the weirdest thing? never in my life... my whole life revolved around food, so that was nuts, right?
Then in the end of the day i only ate 880 calories, but i wasnt hungry, that was very weird too. gave me a whopping jump into the 90 kilo category though. I may be crazy but im not complaining!

so what do you guys think? am i sick in the head? Mhoehahahaha ...

Hi Puhpine! For me, this journey is more emotional than physical (though I still have a whopping 50 lbs to go). There are just days when, for some reason, it "messes" with your head. Especially when you factor in everything else that's going on around you and your monthly thing (for women) of course. And that is the best thing about FS. It provides for a venue to air out whatever it is that helps or is distracting you from your goals. Once you let it out and receive the support you need, then you'd feel recharged and focused again =)

I think when you are focused on something and then forget about another thing, it's not a bad thing. And to recognize that you don't always need to eat just for the sake of eating, that was a huge realization for you. Eat when hungry. Good for you.
