Week #13. Boo hiss. This can’t be the result of anything I ate (other than the fiber from the shirataki noodles?). Will check again in a day or two. Finally got out for a walk yesterday after being stuck at the computer all week! Major deadline on Friday so I need to keep working and not fixate on being annoyed. Also lab work this week to see if my cholesterol levels have improved. There’s a reward next weekend when the work is done so I’m hanging onto that. Take care everyone, and have a great week!
