So it's just one pound, but it's going in the right direction. I'm still letting how busy I am at work impact the amount I'm exercising.

Good job on the weight loss and calorie counting. One pound may not feel like much, but it is. Keep up on the water drinking too. It helps you fill up and flush your system too.

You're right... I do find water keeps me feeling full, and the bonus is that I do actually enjoy drinking water! Thank you for the support!

I love adding lemon/lime/orange slices to my water (one of each) and letting it sit in my fridge over night before I go to work. (mint or cucumber works too) and it is one of the most re-freshing things I have ever had. One lb is still closer to your goal then you were before. Keep up the counting!

Girl, 7.3 lb in a month is great! If I look back at my own history I've only had a couple of months where I lost that much & I've still managed to get as far as I am. You're doing just fine. :)

Don't knock a pound! No one quite realizes how hard it really is to lose ANY weight amount. Go you!
