Over the holidays, I've been steadily gaining weight!! I started gaining weight in early June, shortly after decided NOT to adopt my grandchildren, causing me to start EMOTIONALLY EATING & then eating from boredome & ALSO not having 2 more babies to chase around since late September when they left AND I've been decreasing how much I nurse & express breast milk.
I've GOT to get things turned back around & headed back in the right direction!!!
67.4 kg 지금까지 감소한: 8.8 kg.    남은양: 3.9 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 잘 따르지 않음.
