I am out of control. When u eat clean and then u eat sugar lookout cuz all your fat cells come alive amd have a party screaming , more,more more!

Interesting - when I eat clean I need less sugar; it's only when I give myself more that it starts screaming more. I've read Sugar described as Satan's sweat; I agree.
