Well I added more exercise to my week, including a new program consisting of a boxing work out but yet my weight is up. I'm not freaking out about it because I was on point this week and the only thing I can say is, my body is adjusting. Also, I'm experiencing menstrual time so that could add to the scale. Regardless, I'm proud of what I've accomplished this week and can already see results on my body even though the scale says otherwise.
94.7 kg 지금까지 감소한: 1.4 kg.    남은양: 26.6 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 100%.

Starting a new exercise program causes muscle edema. They retain water to help them heal and it can show as a temporary gain on the scale. Great job!

Wow, I had no idea! Thank you for that information, Suzi. Based on how my body feels I can only imagine how much muscle edema is taking place right now! Your support is appreciated.

This is the same thing that I was reading last week about hormones / chemicals in the muscle making you retain water. It is hard to get past mentally, though, I know. I started to play mind games with myself saying that if I was going to take a day off of exercise each week it had to be the day before weigh-in LOL. Getting through that class is a major accomplishment...don't let that stupid old scale take the pride away!
