ok.. i don't know how my weight managed to drop back to my low drop b/c i've been just basically off of SB for a whole week... yeah... 7 days!

been really hungry the past few days... period and hyperthyroid a little kicking in there... but very energetic and trying to get ready for hopping back into SB...
