Hi and thanks jomo...just a shame i dound this app pretty late on in what im doing...i started at 127 kilo but really only found this app at 105 kilo...this week i should dip under 109 kilo for the first time in 20 years...

I’ve been using FatSecret since early November 2020 - I really appreciate the food diary, and the community is great,I love sharing info with others and offering and getting encouragement. I pretty much use the food diary to design my meals before I make them, not just record them. The foods database is massive and awesome, and if you use some new product that isn’t in it, it’s easy to add that item.
