Man, I boffed it. We went to Detroit for my boyfriend's birthday, and I was really proud of getting my workouts in, but a few extra (okay, several extra) beers and a couple fast food meals really threw me off course.
But it's okay, back to it this week. Yesterday, I took my first outdoor run and felt really good. Hopefully I'll be back down to 155 in time for the Shamrock Shuffle. Really putting my mind to it now.
