Tough week...a lot of emotional eating surfaced. A dysfunctional family that I truly need some mental distance from to survive. They are killing me. Had to lower diabetic insulin drugs even more due to loss of 20 plus pounds. Too low! 4 hypo attacks in three days...last one 56. Pretty scary stuff! I will get through this a stronger person and survive. Betrayal hurts.
