Dear Body,
I am so proud of you this week - I know I sent the memo out last week about us doing some changes around the body. It was met with some skeptic opions, and to be honest I was trying to sway out girl a few times but she pulled us through the first week with flying colors. This next week is going to be a little bit of a challenge and we need to stay strong. Looking at her schedule our girl has quit a bit going on and will need our extra help to keep her going.
Again so proud of your accomplishment this week, heads up and let do this great next week!
