So despite the 4lb gain, I'm still seeing progress. I've convinced myself that the gain is muscle -- it should be from the weight training I do. My pants are looser and I look a bit smaller around the middle, so I'm still shrinking (the ultimate end goal).
Too bad my wife is out of town right now or I'd start keeping track of measurements too, just to be sure :)
