I did great last week, but had no Phase One self control on Saturday. I went to NYC to see a show and ate at Max Brenner's Chocolate Bar afterward (www.maxbrenner.com). The food was delicious, and of course the chocolate was ridiculously good. Not so sure my weigh ins should be on monday morning anymore though - perhaps friday mornings instead?

Hmmmm...... I almost agree with you about the Friday weigh ins. I'm so good during the week, and fall off the wagon "a little" on the weekends. If weigh ins were on Friday I would consume 10,000 calories during the weekend and not think twice about it. At lease now I just cheat a little bit on Friday and try to be good the rest of the weekend. I think we should keep the Monday morning schedule!

LOL! Who can blame you? Just pick up the diet where you left it and try your best to stick to it to the letter (particularly important on Phase 1).
