Ever since the Ice Storm in the end of Janurary I have just been on a roller coaster. It all started with being forced to relocate from our house for two weeks. While we were so fortunate that we had a place to go, it wasn't our home and we had no food left because it all spoiled when the power went out. For night after night we we forced to eat at other people's mercy or to eat out. Let's just say that what started out as an inconvenience became an excuse to eat whatever crap I wanted. When we finally moved back home, we had an empty fridge and so the issue continued with more eating out. By this time I had definitely developed a sweet tooth again and my portion control had significantly multiplied. I am now ready to kick things back into gear! My wife and I haven't been to the gym in like three weeks. Tonight is going to be my first time going back to the gym. Here I go.
