Had my BF tested on 8/12/2013, need to re-focus on how to fuel my body with correct amount calories. I need 1645 daily calories just to maintain the muscle I have, so to lose a few pounds I need to make sure my body doesn't think it's starving and store fat. I'm thinking 1800 should be perfect. I already went over yesterday, but I'm just so excited to be able to eat more food! BF is at 21.5% It's a mental block for me to eat more to be able to lose...
