Well I'm down to 128, so far so good hopefully I can keep it up :)!!! I'm giving up the nuts, its too hard to control myself.

Breakfast: eggs , sprinkle cheese, tomatoes, 2 slices canadian bacon 233 cal, 11 fat, 2 carbs

Snack: boiled egg, 5 slices canadian bacon, peanut butter 21 grams 312 cal, 19 fat, 5 carbs

Lunch: grilled chicken, collard greens 94 cal, 0 fat, 6 carbs


Dinner: chicken salad, cucumbers, tomatoes 216 cal, 9 fat, 15 carbs


Total: 855 cal, 39 fat, 28 carbs

58.1 kg 지금까지 감소한: 0.9 kg.    남은양: 3.6 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
주 2.1 kg 감소하기

Be careful that you're not restricting your calories too much! There are some really simple equations for figuring out how many calories you should take in a day. I'm close to the same age as you, with A LOT more to lose, and my doctor cautioned me that if I'm restricting calories that I shouldn't cut more than 500 from my total a day.
