First few days is always tough for me to get it together! I did finally go for a bike ride last night, since it wasn't too humid. Not doing horribly on my calorie counting, but not doing the greatest either. I am motivated by the few lbs lost, so that is encouraging. I do keep everything in a notebook of my own, so I need to remember to update my food log here. Next couple of weekends are going to be tough - concert out of town, then flying to Oregon for a beach weekend with my sisters. I will just have to make sure I get a lot of exercise! :)
