Happy Monday!
Finally weighed in. I am a little discouraged (only at myself, and not sticking to my program when the going gets tough, I stop)I am right back to where I started (weight wise) a couple months ago. My body loves the number 247 for some reason.
I may take a day or two to get off my pity party, and get back into the swing of things. I am planning on eating my 1200-1400 calories today, packed all my fruits/veggies and protein. I hope I can stick to it today. Every day gets a little easier. Funny, how my body feels so much better when I am taking care of myself - so when my mind takes over, and I eat unhealthy - both my body and mind can feel it. I feel bad, get more hot flashes, feel lazy, sluggish. So I don't know why I keep going back to old habits that make me not feel well. Sabotage myself, even though I know what I am doing is wrong.
I know I am not alone here, so it helps to get on here every day, no one in my personal life has a weight/eating problem, so sometimes I fell all alone in my efforts.

I am not sure when the last time I have been on here was, but now I am back. I have had major behavioral problems with my autistic son at school and at home, so had to switch gears for awhile. Needless to say, I haven't been following my program for a good 2 weeks or more.
I will weigh in by the end of the week and assess the damages, go to the grocery store to get stocked up on my health foods and get back on it!!

Been a few days since I have weighted myself, so tomorrow I will get back on the scale. I had a busy weekend, birthday party for my son, with lots of food and cake, I indulged a "little" but not too much.
I still feel pretty good, hope the scale feels the same way tomorrow. :)
