My weight loss has seemed to have slowed down recently. This was a little discouraging at first but also pushed to work harder, I've dialed up the frequency and intensity of my cardio and been more regular with strength training. None of this comes naturally to me but it has been getting much easier and I am feeling so much better and am beginning to enjoy and look forward to my workouts.
