I like the way clothes are looser. Like many people, I imagine, I have clothes in various sizes. A favourite pair of old pants that had been relegated to a favourite pair of painting/working pants - mended a few times - have now become uncomfortably loose - not too sad about that - still like them and thinking of ways to alter them to remain a favourite pair of working around the yard pants. I have some 'yet to 'grow' into' - not quite a whole new wardrobe lol - time soon to recycle those that are too big - I'm not going there again - ever - I promised myself - which is why I forgive and forget lapses - celebrations come and go and my journey remains. I hope this will help me, on those plateau days and weeks,stay the course.

I still have my old pants from when I started this journey over a year ago. Just in case! I was 6 months in when I had to buy new pants, it felt so good!! I'm still wearing them.
