Feeling good, 3 more weeks to go on the Shred cycle. Bad timing personal cycle-wise, but that means next week's weigh in is going to be awesome! My husband mentioned that I am starting to get a waist and he secretly watched me run on the treadmill and then told me that I was looking super sexy. I can feel my muscles getting stronger and my stomach fat shrinking. My mom looked at my stomach and said that it was shrinking. I am looking forward to continuing to shrink!
