I know I still need to cut out the wine! I just can't help myself.
I might struggle today as I am up over an hour earlier than usual as my little boy decided daddy needs to be up.
Going out to a play place, today so it's going to be a huge fat burn! This is also going to make me very hungry but I will try not to eat anything until my mealtime.
I am trying to have my mealtime later and later so I don't get hungry at night, luckily I am not a snacker.
