I didn't snack or over drink even though I had a terrible day!
Not really hungry just feel a little empty and like I want to eat a biscuit or something like that. I don't have any in the house so that solves that problem.
There isn't anything unhealthy to eat in my home at all!

I know I still need to cut out the wine! I just can't help myself.
I might struggle today as I am up over an hour earlier than usual as my little boy decided daddy needs to be up.
Going out to a play place, today so it's going to be a huge fat burn! This is also going to make me very hungry but I will try not to eat anything until my mealtime.
I am trying to have my mealtime later and later so I don't get hungry at night, luckily I am not a snacker.

I really forgot how hard it is the first few days on OMAD also I didn't eat enough protein today so I am struggling a little with hunger. But sticking with it tomorrow I will add, more bacon and maybe a basil sausage to the left over chicken salad I made. I over did the pasta and the greens so I have loads left!
I will slowly cut out the carbs next week.

So apart from the two glasses of red wine that I did add to my count, I did very well!
My problem is there is wine there so I drink it but I did stop myself from drinking more.
I have to meal plan now for my afternoon meal! Thinking chicken but what to go with it? Hmmm

This is my first weigh-in in around a year. I have gained all the weight back that I lost last time. Things have been nuts around here and 3 months with no work didn't help.
No excuses I just didn't diet or exercise. Dieting starts today OMAD!
