I had a bad day yesterday and ate way too much, but the good news is I didn't gain any weight. Unfortunately, I didn't lose any weight either. I stayed the same as Friday's weigh in which I didn't record.
101.7 kg 지금까지 감소한: 20.8 kg.    남은양: 11.0 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
