I am still running.. My heel hurts now but I will live!

Do you need to take a break to help with the pain? I was having a lot of knee pain and had to stop running much for a couple of weeks. It is feeling better now. Remember pain is the indicator your body has that something is not right and needs to be fixed. Continuing going with the same thing will cause injury, as much as it stinks to have to give it a break for a bit.

My heels ALWAYS hurt! I hate them!!! But, I can live with it!
