About to start a 21 day water fast tomorrow. Hoping for rapid weight loss. I know it’s unhealthy, but once i really see results, I know that i will be motivated into a healthier lifestyle. Will also be able to go to the campus gym once lockdown ends and things are safer without being self conscious around the other students. Really hope this fast builds my self confidence.
