I think I covered everything I would have journalled in my challenge results. Hmmmm...had a great night out with my husband 11/15. Dinner with friends and then to see an old favorite local band play near our house. Out late, up early. I gotta get some housework done today.

Got some housework done. Went to my nephew's choir concert at DePaul University. Tumultous day. Family get togethers are not pleasant.

Anyway I was eating on the go for lunch. Subway 6" on wheat no cheese lots of veggies with mustard no dressings or oils. And apple slices with water to drink. (note to self):the cold cut combo is a bad choice I will have to stick to turkey of turkey/ham

Dinner was at Lou Malnati's in Lincoln Park. I amlooking up the nutritional facts to have an accurate food journal. I was light on calories but not on fat. Still done eating by 7:00pm. No dessert.
Just not a well balanced day. The Malnati's salad is too hard to pass up SOOOO tasty.
