AWWWWK. The scales says "add .2" ROFL. If I wasn't so nutty it would bother me. I just look back at my weight history and realize that there have been several times that I had a weight increase of two pounds. It'll drop back off. Could be that I'm not skipping Sundays for exercise during this challenge (and may never again). Was over yesterday, but not ridiculously, and not over carbs, never left ketosis, so I' good to go. I'll just have to wait for scale to catch up!
OR MAYBE, it's simply the "added" aggravation of FatSecret that simply will NOT let me update by challenges after 8am. Everything is either going to have to be logged late (the morning after) or early (the morning before).
Right now I'm doing after, But, I'll have to log it twice on the last day or I won't show completing the challenge,
Really, the only true challenge is trying to make FS do what its advertising says it will.
Chin up, out the door, no best time today, as I have a partner to walk with. I'd rather have the parter than the best time, any day!
