DAMMIT!!! no change :(
Oh well, i guess i'll blame it on PMS, i've been bloated as all get out this week.
This morning i treated myself to my weekly Starbucks. I had a pumpkin spice latte, just like a do every week. But there were a few differences. Today i took things out of my food journal to fit the coffee without going over my normal calories (it used to be just an addition) AND it was WAY too sweet, i could barely drink it.
I havent had any form of added sweetener in over a week and i can defintley tell the difference.
I'll take that as a 'move in the right direction'.
I did upper body strength training and another set of HIIT last night on the treadmill. If i am going to continue with my sprints i need 2 things, a new sports bra(the one that i wear now is too big, thus letting the ladies fly free) and new pair of REAL running shoes. The shoes that i have now are straight off the clearance rack at DSW and are not good for running. My hips and knees have been pretty sore when i finish my sprints and i'm hoping its just due to the fact that i wear crappy shoes.

Hey, I just saw your new picture!!! WOW you look great :) I love your hair! I used to love those Pumpkin Spice lattes too. Now I can't stand it, it's like liquid candy! I've been drinking unsweetened iced coffee for over a year now and I love it. No sugar, just a little half and half. mmmmm

I had my first cup of coffee sans sweetener Monday, just cream, and i actually really like it. I was expecting to hate it, i've been drinking sweet coffee since i was a kid!
