Oh my, my weight gain is getting out of control. I get below 200 and then I fall apart and gain it all back. I am pretty sure that today's weight is not completely accurate as I ate salty food yesterday and I feel bloated, but this is ridiculous. In a year I will be 30; I refuse to still be I. The obese category as I enter 30 and it is supposed to "start" to get hard to lose weight. Uggg! I have been so exhausted for the past couple of months that I thought my thyroid might be low. It is normal, so it is just me being lazy and it is killing me. I need to change now and get back to entering everything each day so I can get control on my intake. I am strong enough to make the changes and get my health.
