my 1st week back on this mission called weight loss and lost 4 pounds by going to the gym an hour a day plus changing my eating habits with healthy choices. as long as i lose pounds on weekly basis i will be a happy camper. good luck to everyone. keeping my daily calorie intake below 2000.
