Back from Vacay and back on the diet. Didn't gain as much as I thought I would but gain I did. Had fun tho. Back on South Beach it's the only diet that works for me. The HCG diet was a joke. Not a diet you can do alone had too many down falls which led to self loathing. Not happy with my photos from the vacay looked like Shallow Hal. Goal is to be down 7% by Halloween. That will be 11.64 loss.
