Good lesson. I did the same thing recently with making fried Chinese food- it was delicous, but had such a belly ache after all that fried! Just remember though food is to be enjoyed and if you are taking part of the "bad" stuff, then just eat is slowly and really enjoy it and pay attention to it. I find a decision to sit and enjoy it takes away guilt and causes me to feel more satisfied with the choice to eat, and I usually will eat less that way.
